Tempo di preparazione
Wash the tomatoes and radishes and cut them into thin slices. Clean the spring onion and cut this into thin slices as well. Mix the rocket and radicchio Insal’Arte, spread the vegetables on the bottom of the plate and then put on it a layer of spring onion and the chopped tomatoes. Put the radishes on top of them. In a separate bowl prepare the sauce by finely chopping garlic or crushing it; chop the capers with the well drained anchovies and add them to the garlic. Finally add the lemon juice and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Mix everything and season the salad with the sauce obtained.
