Rocket salad pesto with almond and pistachios

  • 115g of Insal’Arte Rocket salad
  • 40g of Parmesan cheese
  • 3-4 tablespoons of shelled almonds
  • 3-4 tablespoons of pistachios
  • Extravirgin olive oil
  • Pepper


Coarsely chopped the Insal’Arte Rocket salad, pistachios and almonds. Add all the ingredients in the mixer along with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil until you obtain a homogeneous and creamy mixture.

A different and delicious pesto that of “ChiododiGarofano“.
