Rocket salad and almonds pesto

  • Rocket salad by Insal’Arte
  • Whole almonds
  • Grana Padano cheese
  • Extravirgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


First of all, chop the Arugula Insal’Arte already washed and ready to use; then add the coarsely blended almonds of Grana Padano and season with salt and pepper to taste. Finally add a little oil to get a creamy mixture. This pesto is suitable for seasoning your pasta or to prepare crusty bread croutons.
