Mixed salad with fruit



Ingredients for 4-6:

  • 500g of green baby salad,
  • 200g of fresh cut fennel,
  • 30g of basil leaves,
  • 8 radishes,
  • 100g of blackberries,
  • 100g of raspberries,
  • 2 passionfruits,
  • 200g of cherry tomatoes,
  • 150g of feta cheese,
  • 3 tablespoons of white vinegar,
  • 6 tablespoons of extravirgin olive oil,
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard,
  • 2 teaspoon of sesame seeds,
  • Salt and pepper.


Wash and dry basil leaves, raspberries and blackberries. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut into wedges, peel the radishes and fennel and slice them thinly. In a bowl, combine the salad, basil, the vegetables, the feta cut into cubes and the fruit. Emulsify the oil with the vinegar and mustard and salt; season with pepper freshly ground and use the emusion to dress the salad. Divide the salad in four serving dishes and complete with more pepper to taste, with the seeds of sesame and passion fruit.
