Provola cheese salad

- 1 pear
- 50g of spicy provolone cheese
- Extravirgin olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
Cut the pear and the spicy cheese into cubes; join then Insal’Arte Rocket salad, ready to eat. Separately, make a vinaigrette with oil, balsamic vinegar and a pinch of salt; then, season the salad with this emulsion.
