Guacamole sandwich with egg

A delicious alternative to usual sandwiches with ham and cheese, ideal for a fit snack and to amaze friends.
Heat for a couple of minutes a few slices of bread in order to toast them. Meanwhile in another pan put a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and heat it for the preparation of fried eggs. Cook it for a few minutes, add salt and pepper and if you want to give the dish a sprint, add a few drops of Tabasco. Once the bread is toasted, take the classic Guacamole and spread it on the bread and add the egg.
Serve with Blonde Orange slow juices for a rich and healthy brunch.
