Cucumber, green baby salad and dried tomatoes roll



Ingredients for 4 people: 


Today we invite you to join us in an summer-ish appetizer, non cooked and lovely to present. Ideal for standing aperitifs. 

Wash the cucumber and using a mandoline create thin strips. On each slice of cucumber put a few leaves of green baby salad, 1 dried tomato, salt and pepper and roll it up to form a roll. Close wit with a toothick. Once you have finished all your rolls, sprinkle with a little oil and a few drops of lemon.
