Carrot and oatmeal pancakes
- 1 pack of Julienne cut carrots by Insal’Arte
- 1 egg + 1 egg white
- 30g of oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
A perfect cocktail, to be tasted cold even the next day? Salty pancakes with carrots and curry. They are an excellent alternative to the classic pancakes or omelettes and are light thanks to the use of oatmeal and the practical julienne carrots Insal’Arte.
Beat the eggs with the flour, a pinch of curry, salt, pepper and a spoonful of Parmesan. Add 2 handfuls of julienne carrots and stir. Heat a little oil in a pan and cook your pancakes. They are excellent to eat even cold the next day after a final sprinkling of julienne carrots, accompanied by a spreadable cheese.
