Brie cheese and sautéed mushrooms toast
Ingredients for 4:
- 4-6 slices of sourdough bread,
- 300g of brie,
- 250g of OrtoRomi Mixed Mushrooms, with Pleurotus and Shiitake,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- Extra virgin olive oil,
- Salt and pepper.
An idea for an aperitif on the fly, ready in 5 minutes! With selected mushrooms, steamed, source of fiber.
Toast the slices of bread in the oven and in the meantime cut the brie into slices. Arrange it on the bread, add a generous spoonful of mushrooms and complete with a grind of pepper. Transfer the croutons to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and cook them at 200 ° C for about 3 minutes, until the cheese begins to melt slightly. Serve the croutons hot.
