Appetizer with P.D.O. Coppa Piacentina and Gran Moravia cheese

  • 20 slices of soft bread with olive oil 12x12cm
  • 200g of P.D.O. Coppa Piacentina
  • 140g of Gran Morava cheese in slices
  • 300g of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet mustard
  • 50g of Insal’Arte Green baby salad
  • Yellow datterino tomatoes


In a bowl mix the mayonnaise with a spoonful of sweet mustard, cover the container and let the mayonnaise mix in the fridge. Cut the Green baby salad Insal’Arte into strips, the 6x6cm square bread, then cut the slices of cheese into squares of the same size. Now proceed with the assembly of the pies: on a square of bread spread a fair amount of mayonnaise mixture, add a tuft of strips of lettuce, placed on a square of cheese together with a slice of Coppa Piacentina DOP, placed on a square of bread , spread a little ‘mayonnaise composed, a tuft of milk and on another square of cheese. At this point, roll a slice of Coppa Piacentina D.O.P. and fix it with a toothpick.
