Fresh mushrooms

A new line of selected mushrooms, already cooked and ready to eat in collaboration with Nova Funghi based in the province of Padova. Ideal as side dishes for meat recipes, they can be valid allies in the kitchen as a key ingredient for risotto, lasagna and fresh sauces. Source of fiber, OrtoRomi mushrooms are steamed following an Italian custom to cook mushrooms (even zucchini) with olive oil, garlic and parsley.
