Fruit and vegetable slow juices
Insal’Arte extracts made with cold pressed selected fruits and vegetables, without any colorants, preservatives, water nor sugar added. Through an innovative method called High Pressure Processing, a pasteurization that implies high pressures (6.000 bar) without any particularly thermal alterations, ingredients and characteristics of raw material are preserved guaranteeing also a microbiologically stable product.
That is why we use plastic instead of glass. Glass bottles would not resist the required pressure in order to not activate pathogenic micro-organisms.
The result is a unfiltered extract that may present a sediment at the bottom of the bottle which is normal and should not be considered a flaw ; just shake well before drink it.
Insal’Arte extracts are available in fresh fruits and vegetables shelves and even at home should be kept refrigerated.
